Learning & Development
- Explore diverse learning solutions to consult HRBP and Departments on enhancing people capabilities
- Facilitate other operational training: orientation, safety training, compliance training
- Conduct full cycle of training for soft skills & leadership: TNA, design, development, implementation, follow up & evaluation
- Make relevant L&D reports to Management and DIL/DIT
- Manage talent development initiatives: critical positions, talent profiles, talent development journey
Organizational Design
- Manage position setup and updates in SAP
- Support relevant organization design reports to Management and DIL/DIT
Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience as a trainer/facilitator is an advantage.
- Good at presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and under high pressure.
- University degree.
- Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.).
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Experience in SAP- LMS is a plus.
- At least 3 years&039; experience in designing and delivering multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Good communication in English (both verbal and written).
