Learning & Development Leader (HR Office Project)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the training and development projects for nearly 600 office employees of Con Cung.
Training & Development:
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through measurable outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
Partner with external partners to design diverse, practical, and highly applicable programs.
Develop and manage the company’s L&D policy, annual training plan, roadmap, and budget.
Source and leverage learning resources effectively to support continuous development across the organization.
Identify and assess current and future capability needs; design both overall and individualized development plans that address employee growth, organizational expectations, and customer experience.
Proactively research and implement the latest L&D trends to ensure modern and engaging training programs.
Talent Review & Succession Planning:
Lead the succession planning process in alignment with career development paths and organizational needs.
Design and implement Talent Review frameworks (to identify key roles and successors)
Propose and facilitate tailored development programs for high- potential employees and future leaders.
Other HR & Organisational Development needs:
Take ownership of HR and OD initiatives as assigned by the HR Director, contributing to long- term people and culture strategies.

Strong understanding of L&D trends, best practices, and tools.
Proven track record of successfully designing and deploying impactful training programs.
Energetic, self- motivated, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
3–5 years of experience in Training & HR Development within a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
Fluent in English
