Doing yearly training budget
Plan, develop and organize training sessions and produce appropriate training materials for in- house courses.
Conduct English Training (basic communication, intermediate vocabulary & fluency) and Soft Skills Training (Sustainability & Zero Waste, Servicing Guests, In- My- Shoes service- based training, Upselling, …) for Departments.
Ensure statutory training requirements are met.
Work closely with HRD to get feedback and monitor the training progress.
Manage the delivery of training and development programs and deliver training in a manner that is easily understandable to trainees and in a way that motivates them.
Continually amend the training and development programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
Identify training and development needs within the resort through training needs analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with other managers.

English with the ability to communicate clearly in the local dialect
At least 2 years work at relative experience.
Education: Bachelor&039;s or Master Degree majoring in Hotel Management.
Motivating, developing and directing people as they work
Good knowledge of hotel operations
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made
Good Microsoft Office skills required
Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do
Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate
