Plan & conduct orientation for new employees of the company and re- orientation for the old employees
Ensure that employee’s grievances are handled efficiently according to policies & procedure & labor laws of Vietnam
Perform as “Manager on Duty” when assigned
Assist DHs with advice and support in the area of operational training, guide DHs & Supervisor in training/coaching skill
Plan English training & specific training as required from training needs analysis
Conduct training needs analysis annually, prepare training plan for the company annually
The employee also follow the Ascott Management: EHS (Environment – Health – Safety)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
Qualifications: Diploma in training or degree in English/ Human Resources/ Business Administration.
