Job Purpose:
To design, implement, and lead learning and development initiatives that grow people, strengthen organizational culture, and drive digital transformation across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the digitalization of training management, promoting the smart, ethical, and effective use of AI and technology at work
Design and develop impactful training programs and materials aligned with business needs
Oversee internal communication, training processes, and training documentation
Implement and manage company- wide training plans; track effectiveness and continuously improve
Champion, preserve, and spread the company’s organizational culture
Build engaging e- learning programs and promote a strong self- learning and continuous learning culture

Professional experiences:
At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
Professional qualifications:
University granduation or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law
Required Competencies
Passionate about developing people; patient and inspiring in daily work
High moral standards and strong personal integrity
Relevant experience and professional skills in Learning & Development
Positive mindset, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast- changing environment
Comfortable working with a young and dynamic workforce
