To support Learning & Development function in various preaparation for training & development activities and employee engagement programs to develop workforce productivity & engagement
TRAINING SUPPORT: Ensure all learning programs are executed professionally, effectively, and aligned with organizational development goals.
- Prepare training logistics: materials, documents, equipment, venue setup, and trainer coordination as guided by Line Manager.
- Follow L&OD guidelines to support pre–during–post activities to maximize training effectiveness.
- Support the creation and formatting of training materials (slides, handouts, facilitator guides), content updates and version control to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives based on L&OD guidelines.
+ Assist in- class delivery: observe learners, facilitate activities, manage training tools, support trainer needs, and ensure an engaging learning environment.
+ Handle post- training processes: collect evaluations, consolidate learner scores, compile training reports, and update learning records.
+ Support pre- training tasks: confirm attendance, prepare learning tools, and ensure readiness of all resources.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT:
Contribute to building a positive workplace culture by supporting meaningful engagement activities and company events.
- Assist event planning: prepare logistics, event materials, and coordination plans for approved staff engagement activities.
- Maintain activity records: gather feedback, summarize participation, and support post- event reporting.
- Support event execution: handle onsite tasks, guide participants, coordinate vendors, and ensure smooth flow during events.
Other assignment to build team engagement: Coordinate in other team projects and assignments as required from time to time to accelerate team engagement
Yêu cầu công việc
Functional skills: Training coordination and event organizing experience is a plus
Background and no. of year experience: Early career path with 01- 02 year working experience is preferred
Education: University degree or Colleague
