Job Purpose
The Learning & Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and talent development programs for both Factory/Manufacturing workforce and Office/Corporate functions at Nafoods Group. The role aims to enhance workforce capability, leadership pipeline, and organizational performance aligned with business strategy and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Training Development
Coordinate external training providers, consultants, and training institutions when required.
Design and implement annual training plans covering technical, operational, functional, and soft skills training.
Ensure training programs are practical, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
Develop and deliver internal training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
Identify training needs through training needs analysis (TNA) for factory employees and back office staff.
2 Talent Development & Career Pathing
Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
Coordinate performance management–linked development plans (IDPs).
Support the development and implementation of career pathways, competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives.
3 Training Evaluation & Reporting
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
Track training KPIs, training budget utilization, and ROI.
4 Support Organization Development (OD)
Support performance management–linked development and capability improvement.
Support organization development initiatives aligned with people and business strategy.
Support employee engagement initiatives and learning culture development.
Participate in change management, process improvement, and transformation projects.
Assist in reviewing and improving job structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience working with both factory/manufacturing and office/corporate employees is highly preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development roles.
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of manufacturing environment, safety, quality, and operational training is an advantage.
Good analytical, planning, and project management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Experience in leadership development and talent management is a plus.
Solid knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); LMS experience is an advantage.
Language
Good command of written and spoken English.
