Position
: Legal Executive (Technology, Payment Platform).

: 152 Vo Van Kiet, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities

Represent the company with state regulatory authorities as required.
Build, review, and operate legal processes for technology products, focusing on: E- wallets, payment intermediaries, and financial security, user data.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with IT, Product, and Security teams to ensure systems and workflows are legally compliant.
Provide legal advice on: Information safety, personal data protection.
Update legal regulations related to fintech, cashless payments, and cybersecurity.
Legal Advisory: Provide advice on Information Security, E- transactions, AML, and KYC.

Nhiệm vụ:

Phối hợp với IT / Product / Security để đảm bảo hệ thống và quy trình tuân thủ pháp luật.
Tham gia làm việc với cơ quan quản lý nhà nước khi cần.
Xây dựng, rà soát và vận hành quy trình pháp lý cho sản phẩm công nghệ, tập trung vào: Ví điện tử, trung gian thanh toán và Bảo mật tài chính, dữ liệu người dùng
Tư vấn pháp lý về giao dịch điện tử, AML, KYC
Tư vấn pháp lý về: An toàn thông tin, bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân
Cập nhật quy định pháp luật liên quan đến fintech, thanh toán không tiền mặt, an ninh mạng.

Qualifications (must):

Proven background in developing processes for e- wallets/fintech/payment systems, or financial security, information safety, and user data processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Preferably in Economic, IT, or Finance & Banking Law).
Skills: Logical mindset, meticulous, and capable of processing technical documentation.
Deep understanding of E- transactions, Cybersecurity, and Personal Data Protection.

Nice to have: Experience in fintech or digital banking; expertise in building Policy/SOP/Compliance Frameworks and English proficiency.

Có khả năng làm việc với tài liệu kỹ thuật, tư duy logic, cẩn trọng.
Làm quy trình cho ví điện tử / fintech / hệ thống thanh toán, hoặc
Giao dịch điện tử, an ninh mạng, bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân
Quy trình bảo mật tài chính, an toàn thông tin, dữ liệu người dùng
Tốt nghiệp Luật (ưu tiên Luật Kinh tế, Luật CNTT, Luật Tài chính – Ngân hàng).

Ưu tiên

Đọc hiểu tài liệu pháp lý – kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh.
Đã từng làm tại fintech, ví điện tử, ngân hàng số hoặc công ty công nghệ.
Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng policy, SOP, compliance framework.
