Job Description
Legal
Assist in researching and updating laws, decrees, circulars, and other legal regulations relevant to the Company’s business operations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, official letters, and internal documents under the supervision of senior staff.
Assist in reviewing the legality and validity of transaction documents and records.
Assist in preparing and completing corporate legal documentation, including: Enterprise establishment and business registration amendment dossiers, Trademark registration dossiers, Other legal procedures as assigned.
Administration
Organize, archive, and manage the Company’s legal documents in accordance with regulations.
Assist in liaising with government authorities, partners, and clients when required.
Perform other legal tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Assist in drafting and managing administrative documents and records.
Assist in handling, receiving, and circulating correspondence and documentation.
Perform other administrative duties as required.

Fourth- year students majoring in Law.
Availability for full- time work is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
Good research and document analysis skills.
Careful, responsible, logical mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
