Scope of assignment
Legal
• Support documents related to funding between companies in Seedcom Group.
• Conduct basic legal research as assigned.
• Assist with legal procedures related to wholesale supermarket operations under the guidance of the legal team.
• Support the preparation and signing of legal paperwork, including receiving, delivering, filing documents, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the preparation of documents related to intercompany funding within Seedcom Group.
• Help manage and update legal datarooms.
Key deliverables
• Support legal team with assignments efficiently.
• Give intern the opportunity to gain real work experience.
• Process daily legal team works smoothly.
Qualifications
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Good knowledge of Legal fields.
• 3rd or 4th year student.
• Interested in Legal and Standard Operating Procedures.
