Legal Project Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:
- Ensure that business activities of De Heus Vietnam (and its affiliates) in accordance with the applicable laws and minimize risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating the new regulations which can impact to De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus in Vietnam.
- Providing the legal supports (project period) to all affiliates of De Heus in Asia.
- Others assigned by Legal Project Lead.
- Performing the internal audit to ensure that the policies, procedures of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus in Asia being complied sufficiently (project period).
- Providing legal advice (project period) to relevant departments.
- Preparing and reviewing all legal documents, contracts (project period) for Management Board and relevant departments.
- Preparing applications, dossiers to seek necessary licenses, certificates for business activities (project period) of De Heus and its affiliates (excluding specific licenses which are managed by functional departments).
KEY RESULTS:
- Others are assigned: timely and correctly
- Risks: warning in time and effective proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in legal environment for foreign company.

- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Working in pressure
Languages:
- Fluent English (4 skills)
Other requirements:
- Willing to travel
