Legal Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Legal Executive to join the Group Legal Team. This position is designed to support Team in managing legal tasks for multiple subsidiaries including Galaxy Connect, Galaxy Technology Services, and FinOS Technology. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in technology/fintech legal work and the ability to handle a diverse workload across various business units.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with compliance, risk management, and business teams to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, IT service agreements, partnership agreements, and outsourcing contracts.
Provide legal support for technology, fintech, and customer service operations across different business units.
Handle other ad hoc legal tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes, particularly in areas like data privacy, eKYC, cybersecurity, and consumer protection.
Maintain organized legal documentation and files on SharePoint according to the company’s document management system.
Assist with licensing and regulatory filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice on corporate, compliance, commercial, and technology- related matters, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Contribute to the development and updating of legal templates, guidelines, and internal policies.

At least 4 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on technology, fintech, e- commerce or financial services.
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi- tasking environment and provide effective legal solutions across multiple business units.
Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university; Lawyer Training Certificate is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem- solving ability.
Positive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work independently or in teams.
In- depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws relating to technology, fintech, data privacy, and commercial contracts.
