Legal Team Leader (Hồ Chí Minh)

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Support handling disputes, complaints, debt recovery, and litigation procedures when necessary.
Manage legal risks in operations, propose process improvements, and work with authorities when necessary.
Participate in negotiations, supervise, and protect the company’s legal interests in transactions and contracts.
Draft, review, and manage legal risks of project contracts (design, construction, material procurement, solar power installation, etc.).
Provide internal legal advice to departments, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Board.
Draft and review internal legal documents, regulations, procedures, and corporate records for the parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
Research and update new regulations on solar power; propose compliance solutions and take advantage of preferential policies.
Advise and coordinate with departments and state agencies on legal procedures related to the investment and operation of solar power projects.

Must- Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration – Law.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs.
English: IELTS 6.0+
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Strong legal reasoning, analytical, and critical- thinking skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in laws, markets, and operating models.
Experience in commercial services, construction, electricity, or renewable energy sectors.
