LIVESTREAM OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Main Purpose:Manage and optimize multi- platform livestream operations (Facebook, Shopee, TikTok, Website) to drive sales and conversion improvement. Coordinate with cross- functional teams (Ecom, Marketing, Media, IT, HR) from planning to performance evaluation. Oversee studio management, equipment, livestream samples, and optimize Facebook Commerce functions (catalog, cart, tracking).
3️⃣ E- COMMERCE & PROJECT SUPPORT (30%)
- Track host performance, sales commission, and ensure timely payouts.
- Manage livestream studio operations: setup, lighting, audio, OBS/Streamyard configuration.
- Oversee studio equipment (camera, microphone, lighting) and ensure maintenance and availability.
- Monitor livestream KPIs: viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and revenue per session.
- Manage and inventory livestream sample products.
- Coordinate with Marketing to select products, define campaign messages, and align with promotions.
- Build and maintain fixed livestream schedules for Facebook, Shopee, and TikTok.
- Manage and train hosts (internal, store staff, collaborators, studio team).
1️⃣ LIVESTREAM OPERATIONS (50%)
- Implement and monitor Pixel & Conversion API for tracking accuracy.
- Propose solutions to improve conversion rates from Facebook livestreams to website purchases.
- Work with IT & Digital teams to integrate and sync Facebook Catalog with company website.
- Configure product tagging, cart connection, and checkout flow optimization on Facebook.
2️⃣ FACEBOOK LIVESTREAM OPTIMIZATION (20%)
- Update product content and campaign materials on website and e- commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Support new e- commerce initiatives: loyalty programs, gamified campaigns, O2O activation.
- Collaborate cross- functionally to improve livestream workflow and KPI tracking.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in E- commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in livestream operations or digital commerce (Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, or Facebook Live preferred).
- Aesthetic mindset and understanding of audience engagement in livestream contexts.
- Understanding of Facebook Commerce: Catalog, Pixel, Conversion tracking.
- Detail- oriented, proactive, able to work under performance pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to coordinate multiple teams.
- Knowledge of livestream tools: OBS, Streamyard, TikTok Studio, Meta Live Producer, ManyChat.
