Lobby Ambassador

Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram Strip.
Support operational staff in daily communicating with Chinese/Korean guests
Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.
Give direction or escort guests to function rooms or guest rooms
Perform all other job related duties as requested.
Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.
Greet guests and manage the queues at Front Desk upon arrival or departure
Translate documents related to Chinese/Korean if required
Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
Basic Education completed is preferred.
One year working experience is preferred.
Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
Organized, can multi- task, good problem solving skills and detail- oriented.
Solid knowledge of the area and local attractions, events, restaurants and tourist activities preferred.
Good in Chinese or Korean Language
Must present a well- groomed appearance.
