Logistic Executive

• Basic Salary: > 30,000,000 VND/month
• Working hours: Mon – Fri
• Period: 1 year contract, full- time (signed with Manpower)
• Work Location: District 1, HCMC
• Meal allowance: 880,000 VND
• Scope: Sanofi Southeast Asia (SEA)
Main responsibilities
Customs Clearance (50%)
− Coordinate between shipping sites, forwarders, brokers, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure
− Lead customs clearance for all Genmed & Vaccine shipments.

− Monitor and control 3PL performance: brokers, transporters, warehouse providers, repackaging,
testing, destruction, calibration, etc.
Warehouse Management (30%)
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations and repackaging activities.
- Manage warehouse documentation and procedures; handle deviations, complaints, and CAPA.
- Conduct impact assessments, process improvements, and updates according to new regulations.
- Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and maintenance planning.
- Coordinate quality- related activities with the QA team.
- Manage third- party service providers and monitor KPIs.
- Prepare reports for health authorities, including vaccine import reports.
HSE (20%)
- Comply with and implement the annual HSE program.
- Work with HSE and Security teams to ensure safe warehouse operations.
- Review and approve PTW (Permit to Work) for high- risk activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse (pharmaceutical experience
preferred).
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
- Bachelor and candidates with QA experience in pharma are an advantage (not mandatory).
- High responsibility, proactiveness, and strong compliance mindset
- Strong skills in documentation management, problem- solving, data analysis, and multitasking.
