Logistics Coordinator (Điều phối viên vận tải)

Job Description:
Working Hours: Shift Rotation or Night Shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands- on Logistics Coordinator to support our night operations. This role is essential to ensure smooth coordination with truck drivers, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with truck drivers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth loading/unloading and delivery during the shift
Communicate basic instructions in English when necessary
Monitor and track truck movements, ensuring adherence to schedules.
Handle unexpected issues such as delays, accidents, or route changes
Provide updates to the logistics team and record all activities in the system

Must have personal transportation to commute to work safely during night hours

Prior experience working as a Coordinator in trucking or logistics companies is a strong advantage
