Logistics Specialist (Onboard after the Lunar New Year)

Work with the Accounting team to prepare and follow up on payment documentation for transportation service providers.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Work directly with the Warehouse and Business Administration teams to receive project delivery information, monitor delivery schedules, and coordinate with the Production team for transportation arrangements (truck booking).
Liaise with transportation service providers to book vehicles, track shipments, monitor delivery routes, and provide regular delivery status updates.
Coordinate with the Technical team to calculate and propose the most efficient and cost- effective transportation solutions based on packing lists (on- the- job training will be provided).

Proactive, detail- oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Previous experience working in logistics, transportation, or delivery coordination is preferred.
Good communication (English must and Chinese strong plus) and coordination skills.
Bachelor’s or College degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related majors.
Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to closely follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
