Sắp xếp, hoàn thiện chứng từ và gửi đến khách hàng theo đúng quy trình
Theo dõi và cập nhật mẫu chữ ký (specimen signatures) của khách hàng
Theo dõi tình trạng các khoản chưa đối soát, phối hợp với các bên liên quan để xử lý và giảm thiểu tồn đọng
Lập báo cáo VAT, báo cáo chưa đối soát (unsettled) và các báo cáo liên quan một cách chính xác và đúng hạn
Làm việc theo 3 ca
Kiểm tra hóa đơn cùng các chứng từ liên quan để ghi nhận doanh thu theo đúng chính sách của công ty
Đảm bảo việc lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ tuân thủ quy định của công ty
Hỗ trợ bộ phận Kế toán Công nợ (AR) trong việc đối soát công nợ và thu hồi công nợ
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Tài chính, Kế toán hoặc Ngân hàng
Có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan
Cẩn thận, chăm chỉ; trung thực, chính trực và có độ chính xác cao trong công việc
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (MS Office)
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh
