Maintenance and Repair Manager

Supervise and provide technical guidance to Chief Engineers and site maintenance teams.
Review and approve maintenance budgets, repair quotations, and procurement of technical equipment.
Manage relationships with service vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Coordinate maintenance operations among projects to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
Support project teams in handling technical issues, major breakdowns, and emergency incidents.
Prepare technical and maintenance reports for management review.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all managed properties.
Ensure all properties meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate performance and training needs of technical staff across sites.

English proficiency is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property or facility maintenance management, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.).
Good analytical and problem- solving capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or a related technical field.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple project teams.
