Maintenance Engineer

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support installation, relocation, modification, and decommissioning of equipment and workstations.
• Ensures all safety regulations are followed.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO, HSEQ
• Support calibration activities and ensure timely maintenance of calibrated equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and equipment history.
• Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and facility- related activities.
• Plan, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance (P.M.) schedules for production equipment, facilities, and utilities (Electrical system, Compressed air system,…)
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and any other relevant software.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills.
• Possesses a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Possesses strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.
• Familiar with electrical systems, common maintenance tools, manufacturing equipment, and troubleshooting procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Hands- on experience in repairing, maintaining, and servicing mechanical systems and equipment in Gas, chemical, ..or heavy industrial plants
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, SAP,...
• Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem- solving skills.
• College Degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams and equipment sectional drawings.
SALARY
