Maintenance Planning & Technical System Lead

About the Role
: We are seeking a Maintenance Planning & Technical System Senior Supervisor/ Lead to drive maintenance planning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. This role ensures the plant’s equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop short- and long- term maintenance plans.
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Coordinate downtime windows with Production.
Maintain a prioritized backlog.
Ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
Validate work requests, define job scope, and prepare work packages.

CMMS / SAP PM Management

Build Standard Job Plans.
Maintain technical drawings and SOPs.
Manage work orders, PM schedules, and cost tracking.

Maintenance Performance & Reporting

Analyze data and propose corrective actions.
Develop KPI dashboards: PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR, cost vs. budget.

Engineering Systemization & TPM

Standard maintenance SOPs.
Manage competency matrix and training plans.
Coordinate TPM (AM, PM, Kaizen).

Compliance & Audit

Support FSSC22000, Halal, Kosher, SMETA/SHE audits.
Conduct JSA/FMEA assessments.
Maintain audit evidence and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and failure analysis.
Experience with SAP PM or CMMS.
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics.
Good communication and analytical skills.
