Management Trainee – Operations

Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic and results- driven Management Trainee
to work closely with the
Vice President of Operations
in executing key initiatives across
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Quality
functions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands- on experience in operations management, data analysis, and project coordination while contributing to the company’s continuous improvement and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in process improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and follow- up action trackers for operations reviews.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze monthly operational performance data (e.g., output, cost efficiency, material stock levels).
Support the VP of Operations in coordinating cross- functional activities among Production, Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional communication across all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
High level of accountability, learning agility, and resilience under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
