Manager, Sanctions Data Screening

- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
- The Sanctions Manager is accountable for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the team’s daily operations, focusing on process improvement, resource management, and compliance.
- The manager is tasked with monitoring the performance of the team through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement and contributing to long- term strategic planning to align operations with business goals.
- The Manager is responsible for creating a best practice sanctions operations environment, uplifting people capability, creating a robust process environment ensuring alignment with the wider Sanctions Operations team goals and objectives
