Responsibilities:

Ensure that all QA documentation is accurate, up- to- date, and readily available for view.
Verify cross- browser and cross- device functionality.
Test E- commerce websites thoroughly using checklists and test cases.
Detects and tracks software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
Performs bug log, evaluates bug severity and keeps track bug status.
Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes.
Some overlap with Vancouver working hours may be required for training in the first few weeks.

Must have:

Clear understanding of business requirements.
Responsible & willing to learn attitude
Experience with E- commerce website testing.
Command of English language both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
Experience with UI and functional testing.
At least 2 years of experience in testing or a related field.
Experience with QA processes, including inspection, testing and documentation.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with testing tools such as Qmetry, BrowserStack, and TestRail.
Experience with website building/management systems like WordPress, Magento,…
Able to use design tools like Figma, Adobe to help execute test cases.
Experience with management tools like Jira, Confluence,…
