Job Summary
Reports To: QA Lead / Project Manager
We are looking for a detail- oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet business and quality requirements. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify bugs, verify fixes, and deliver high- quality software.

Key Responsibilities
Location: HCM

Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases and test reports.
Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) when required.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and test review meetings.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios (functional, regression, UI, and usability testing).
Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure high- quality releases.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience testing web and mobile applications.
Attention to detail, logical thinking, and good documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus.
Familiarity with bug- tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in manual software testing.
