Analysis and Insight Development (35%)
Identify meaningful patterns in online conversations, sentiment shifts, and influencer impact.
Analyze social media data to uncover key insights, trends, and brand or category movements.
Translate data into concise findings tailored to client objectives.
Client services (30%)
Communicate with clients to clarify research needs and ensure alignment on expectations.
Respond to client inquiries related to data, methodology, or insight interpretation.
Proactively provide suggestions and updates to enhance client experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve project- related concerns from clients. results.
Report and Data management (20%)
Export and structure data from social media listening platforms.
Perform quality checks (QC) on classified social media data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Ensure consistency and clarity in report formatting and visuals.
Visualize data through charts, dashboards, and slide decks in alignment with project templates and client requirements.
Project Execution (15%)
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Data, Client Partnership) and external partners (e.g., media agencies, brand teams) to ensure smooth project execution.
Document and report any issues or delays, and take corrective actions when needed.

At least 1 year experience in market research field/ strategic planner/ account management or related position
Strong Communicator: Ability to present data clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, and engage with clients or stakeholders confidently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and Google Spreadsheet & Slides
Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English especially writing
Proactive: A self- starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and seeks solutions before problems arise.
Creative Problem- Solver: Approaches challenges with creative thinking and is always looking for innovative ways to optimize strategies and processes.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast- paced, constantly changing environment, able to adjust to new platforms, tools, and trends.
