Marketing & Communications Manager

As the Marketing & Communications Manager at Novotel Danang Nam An, you will be a key member of the preopening team, responsible for building the brand presence, launching impactful campaigns, and positioning the property for a successful opening and beyond. This role is vital in driving visibility, creating engaging content, and developing strategic communications aligned with Accor brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead photo/video shoots and content creation to build the hotel’s media assets prior to opening.
Collaborate with Accor and external agencies to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with global standards.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement the preopening marketing and communications plan, including brand awareness, social media, PR, and content strategies.
Create press kits, media releases, and maintain positive media relationships to generate PR opportunities.
Drive digital marketing initiatives including website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Support the sales and operations teams with marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and event communications.

Preopening- Specific Duties:

Contribute to hotel positioning, opening offers, and strategic launch storytelling.
Establish a strong online presence and community engagement ahead of the official opening.
Work closely with the preopening office and Accor regional team to coordinate launch activities and milestones.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and content writing skills.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written
Familiarity with Accor brand standards is a plus.
At least 3- 5 years of experience in hotel marketing, preferably with a preopening or rebranding experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media relations, and brand management.
