Marketing Executive (FOREIGNER)

Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports for management.
Take part in planning and organizing marketing events such as Club V parties, anniversaries, staff events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with designers and vendors to create and distribute promotional materials, both online and offline.
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, gifts, and internal collaboration.
Manage social media and website content to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc…) for generating creative ideas, planning, content writing, image editing to improve work efficiency.
Assist with other marketing tasks assigned by management.
Stay updated on industry trends and AI applications in marketing.

Understanding of AI- driven marketing strategies and their practical applications.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills, especially in event planning and execution.
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
Creative, trend- sensitive, responsible, and proactive.
Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, Notion AI) to support and enhance work efficiency.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and availability to respond promptly during working hours.
2–3 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
