* Key Roles:
- A marketing executive’s key role is to assist MM/BM, in terms of planning and executing campaigns to promote products, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. He/she would analyse market trends, manage communication channels, and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodic reports for the MM, BM on the progress, results of campaigns, and the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Handle contracts related to marketing activities.
- Assist MM, BM in monthly brand performance analysis (sales, share, distribution...).
- vCoordinate with Sales team and Trade/Channel team to ensure the successful rollout of in- store promotions and point- of- sale materials.
- Act as the key point of contact to align internal stakeholders (Sales, Trade, Operations, Finance…) and external partners (agencies, suppliers), ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and report the performance of campaigns, propose adjustments if needed.
- Coordinate with brand teams for alignment on brand guidelines before execution.
- Track budgets and process invoices.
- Assist Marketing Manager (MM), Brand Manager (BM) in planning, implementing marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure- deliverables.
- Assist MM, BM to develop innovation networks from idea to post- launch evaluation according to AP BEV process by coordinating with cross- functions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Marketing / Communications- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing in Beverage, Dairy, and Convenience Food brands.- Good knowledge of the Vietnam F&B market and/or Retails- Strong project management skills with proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
