JOB DESCRIPTION
To determine budgets and targets to support sales department.
Marketing Executive play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.
Marketing Executive must work closely with sales department to envelope a wholesome and realistic plan to execute for the whole year.
Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Role and Responsibilities:
• To compile all necessary comparison of competitors information in the industry together with sales department
• Promote a business, product, or service
• Represent the marketing team to cross- functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
• Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department
• Keep abreast of technical updates and participate with feedback on product development and research
• Any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time from immediate superior
• Maintain an active ongoing program to provide the necessary technical support of few marketing activities, concurrently with the development of technical team to carry out this support activity
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
• Ensure the company is communicating the right message to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• To oversee all digital and social media for the company
• To be responsible for all showroom display (both office showroom as well as dealers’ showroom), this include and not limit to periodic physical checking of showroom units
• Implement strategy
Day to Day Duties:
• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies if needed
• To manage all the necessary posts and campaigns in all social media including websites update
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
• Editing videos/photos for posters/campaign for the company
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
• Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the execution of the campaigns to meet dateline and complete necessary task.
• Create high- quality design for marketing collateral (e.g., graphics, presentation, brochures and banners)
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficient in marketing apps and tools.
A University degree in Marketing, fluent communication in English both verbal and written.

B2 driving license.
More than 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in powertools products..
Bằng đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, giao tiếp thành thạo tiếng Anh nói và viết.
Hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự, ưu tiên lĩnh vực máy nông nghiệp.
Thành thạo các ứng dụng trong Marketing (design, photoshop, dựng video quảng cáo…).
Ưu tiên có bằng lái xe B2.
