About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail- oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The role focuses on external and internal communications, supporting brand visibility, digital presence, and employee engagement across channels.
External Communications (70%)
Research, write, and edit various communication materials including articles, press releases, feature stories, case studies, and digital content that highlight the company’s activities, achievements, and values.
Monitor trends in media and communication to identify new opportunities for brand visibility and audience engagement.
Support the Marketing team in planning, developing, and executing public relations campaigns, ensuring consistent brand positioning and strengthening the company’s image and reputation among stakeholders.
Manage, update, and maintain the company website to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging content, keeping it aligned with the company’s brand identity and communication strategy.
Develop and design marketing and communication assets such as posters, banners, infographics, videos, and social media visuals to support campaigns and corporate messages.
Internal Communications (15%)
Create, curate, and manage content for internal communication channels (e.g., Bitrix, newsletters, email updates, intranet) to ensure employees stay informed and engaged.
Assist in developing creative ideas and formats to make internal communication more interactive and impactful.
Collaborate with different departments to gather information and translate it into compelling internal messages that reinforce the company’s mission, vision, and culture.
Support the planning, promotion, and execution of communication activities for company- wide and department- wide events.
Reporting (10%)
Prepare regular reports on communication activities, website performance, content effectiveness, and PR results.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Other Tasks (5%)
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor and BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and finishes.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with cross- functional teams.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
