Full- Funnel Enrollment Analytics
• Enrollment Funnel Architecture: Design and manage a comprehensive tracking framework covering the entire enrollment journey- from lead generation to final enrollment.
• Campaign Performance Optimization: Deliver data- driven recommendations on marketing budget allocation, channel optimization, and campaign strategy based on performance metrics and ROI analysis.
• Conversion Analysis & Optimization: Analyze conversion performance across each stage of the enrollment funnel to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and campaign optimization.
• Performance Monitoring & Visualization: Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting systems that provide real- time visibility into marketing and enrollment performance for relevant stakeholders.
Forecasting & Growth Planning
• Strategic Growth Planning: Work closely with senior leadership and marketing teams to develop 1–3 year enrollment growth plans, using predictive forecasts and market insights to define realistic enrollment targets, marketing investment priorities, and growth opportunities.
• Predictive Enrollment Modeling: Develop predictive enrollment models using historical data, current performance indicators, and emerging market trends to forecast enrollment outcomes and support proactive planning.
Data Governance & CRM Excellence
• Data Integrity & Governance: Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• CRM Strategy & Optimization: Lead the optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) from a Marketing perspective to ensure accurate lead tracking, effective segmentation, and data- driven decision- making.
• Data Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve data integration, automation, and reporting capabilities across marketing and admissions systems.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct analysis of the K- 12 international education landscape to provide actionable direction for marketing initiatives and campaign planning.
• Execute and manage required research projects, including parent satisfaction surveys and brand perception studies to support marketing plans, and to ensure initiatives are aligned with audience needs.
