Collaborate with agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
Design and optimize B2B marketing funnels (TOF–MOF–BOF) and lead generation initiatives in close collaboration with Sales teams.
Develop and execute overall marketing strategies and plans (annual/quarterly/monthly) aligned with business objectives.
Lead brand strategy and product positioning across B2B and FMCG portfolios.
Own marketing budget planning and allocation; ensure effective use of resources and measurable business impact.
Manage and optimize multi- channel marketing activities, including Digital, Performance Marketing, Trade Marketing, CRM, and E- commerce.
Lead, develop, and coach the Marketing team; build a performance- driven and learning- oriented culture.
Drive FMCG growth through trade marketing, activation programs, sampling, and market execution.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics (KPI, ROI, ROAS, CAC, CLV) to continuously improve effectiveness.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, and performance measurement.
Demonstrated ability to link marketing activities to business and sales outcomes.
5+ years of experience in Marketing roles, with proven experience at Manager level.
Solid background in B2B and/or FMCG marketing; experience combining both is a strong advantage.
Strategic mindset with hands- on execution capability.
Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross- functional collaboration.
