Manage and control the brand budget effectively to ensure cost efficiency and optimal ROI.
Build and update short- , mid- , and long- term brand positioning strategies.
Establish and manage brand positioning across all touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and strengthen brand equity.
Develop and implement Marketing Mix (5Ps) strategies for each brand/product and coordinate the execution to achieve the company’s business objectives (sales, market share, and brand health).
Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans to achieve company goals in terms of sales, market share, and brand equity.
Develop annual brand roadmap, communication plans, and budget allocation.
Plan and implement 360° brand communication campaigns.
Lead, develop, and manage the brand team to drive performance and innovation.
Manage brand consistency and accuracy across all consumer touchpoints.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and coordinate the creation of brand communication materials and content, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and identity.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication, leadership, and persuasion
Proven ability in marketing strategy development and budget management.
Broad knowledge of domestic and international retail markets, particularly in beverages and food products.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within FMCG, F&B, or food industry.
