WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Set strategy, provide direction, and manage KPIs for multiple marketing functions: SEO & website performance (on- page & off- page), content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and lead management/qualification. Ensure teams execute campaigns effectively and report on key metrics while you focus on strategic adjustments and overall performance evaluation.
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability and quality standards
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed
Set clear goals, expectations, and KPIs for team members aligned with overall marketing objectives
Facilitate cross- functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams
Build, mentor, and manage a high- performing marketing team with diverse skill sets including digital marketing specialists, content creators, designers, and marketing coordinators
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create professional development plans
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results- driven team culture
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform marketing strategies
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear objectives, strategies, tactics, and success metrics
Stay current with B2B marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the outsourcing industry
Test and implement innovative marketing approaches while managing risk
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure tight alignment between marketing and sales goals
Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
Paid Advertising Management (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms
Strategic Oversight of Core Marketing Functions
Implement account- based marketing (ABM) tactics using LinkedIn&039;s advanced targeting capabilities by job title, industry, company size, and seniority
Develop full- funnel advertising strategies that address awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
Leverage retargeting and remarketing strategies across platforms to nurture prospects through the buyer journey
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on CPL, CAC, and ROI
Coordinate cross- platform strategies utilizing Google&039;s search intent with LinkedIn&039;s professional targeting
Manage bid strategies, budget allocation, and pacing to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS)
Create and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page experiences to maximize conversion rates

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Required)
MBA or Master&039;s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
Experience:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi- channel marketing strategies
3- 5+ years in marketing leadership or management roles
Experience in the outsourcing, BPO, technology services, or professional services industry preferred
Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets
7- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B environments
Technical Skills:
Marketing Automation: Hands- on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho)
Analytics & Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing attribution tools, and data visualization platforms
Digital Marketing: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising
Content Marketing: Expertise in content strategy, creation, and distribution across multiple formats and channels
SEO & Website Optimization: Advanced knowledge of on- page, off- page, and technical SEO; experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz); understanding of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices for B2B email campaigns
Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and agile marketing methodologies
