Marketing Manager - Thủ Đức (Lương Up To 40 Triệu)

Nexgen Bros was founded in 2023 and is a leading player in the E- commerce industry. We offer unique products and great shopping experiences, developing high- quality brands in industries such as wooden furniture and home appliances. Nexgen Bros mainly serves the US and European markets through Shopify, Etsy, Woocommerce, Google Shopping and Tiktok Shop platforms.
Develop Comprehensive Digital Marketing Plans:
- Develop communication plans for each phase (quarterly/annual) including SEO, Paid Ads, and Social
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure KPI achievement (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, ROI)
- Build an overall Digital Marketing strategy for company’s brands in the US/EU markets
Build Content Strategy for Social Channels:
- Develop content strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Work closely with the content and performance teams to deploy synchronized campaigns (branding + sales- driven)
Measure Effectiveness and Optimize Performance:
- Provide insights and propose optimization directions for budget, content, customer files, and conversion journey
- Monitor, analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ...) and report periodically
Manage & Develop the Team:
- Lead and train the marketing team (content, design, performance) towards high performance and creativity.

General Skills
Education: University graduate majoring in Marketing, E- commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields...
Experience: Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a management position.
- Strong data analysis skills, strategic planning, creative thinking, and leadership ability.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with the US/EU markets, especially in the cross- border E- commerce sector
- Preference for candidates with deep knowledge of Branding, Paid Ads, and Content Strategy.
Language
- Fair English proficiency, good comprehension of English documentation
