Main Duties
Marketing:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target customers, and competitors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising.
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals.
Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Stay up- to- date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate.
Client & Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with creative and account management teams to deliver high- quality campaigns.
Build long- term client relationships and manage client onboarding.
Mentor junior team members and provide leadership to the sales/marketing team.
Job Requirement
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is plus
Experience with account- based marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
Proven track record of lead generation
Strong analytical skills
More than 03 years of B2B marketing experience in digital marketing agency
English: Strong intermediate level.
