Driving planning meetings, performance evaluations, and regular progress updates for all marketing initiative.
Designing and executing full- funnel growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
Setting KPIs, monitoring results, preparing performance reports, and utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppTweak for optimization.
Partnering with the Product team to support new feature planning, product roadmap development, and go- to- market launch activities.
Conducting market and user research to identify customer trends, behaviors, and potential opportunities for product or strategic optimization.
Applying data- driven insights to boost marketing effectiveness and improve the overall user funnel.
Implementing marketing programs that increase brand recognition and strengthen positioning in the fintech industry.
Leading and developing the Marketing team while ensuring strong collaboration with founders and cross- functional departments.
Managing key digital channels such as Website, App, Email, SEO, and Social Media, using both organic and paid tactics.
Building and enhancing the brand framework to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visuals across every channel.
Yêu cầu công việc
Candidates with experience in both large corporations and startup environments are strongly preferred.
Capable of managing complete campaign lifecycles and guiding junior marketing staff.
Proven experience in performance marketing, branding, and data analytics.Familiarity with key marketing and analytic tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager, AppTweak).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing, preferably within the retail, e- commerce, technology, or fintech sectors.
Strong ownership mentality, proactive working style, and ability to achieve measurable results.
