Key Responsibilities
Branding – Awareness & Visibility
Manage production of POSM (brochures, standees, posters, branded gifts) aligned with brand guidelines.
Plan and execute OOH campaigns (billboards, banners, airports, bus stops, LED screens), ensuring quality, timelines, and budget efficiency.
Organize offline events (launch events, seminars, community activities, internal events) to enhance brand experience.
Trade Marketing & Activation
Recruit, train, and supervise PGs/part- time staff to ensure service quality and KPI achievement.
Execute on- ground activation programs (sampling, consultation, mini- games, roadshows, voucher distribution) to drive conversion.
Oversee logistics and operations for activation activities, including POSM setup and inventory management.
Develop and manage partnerships (apartments, supermarkets, schools, gyms, etc.) for activation opportunities.
Reporting & Budget Management
Report progress and results to the Head of Department.
Track performance (reach, leads, conversions, sales) and provide post- campaign reports with insights.
Plan budgets and control costs for offline campaigns and activations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong sense of visual and brand thinking, with the ability to guide booth/POSM design;
Have a personal laptop.
Good understanding of building/apartment management systems, local markets, and shopping malls;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Activation, or BTL Marketing, with hands- on experience working with partners/vendors (OOH, event agencies, POSM suppliers, building management, etc.);
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields;
Solid knowledge of offline performance metrics (coverage, sampling volume, conversion rate, cost per touchpoint – CPT);
Able to work independently, collaborate effectively, and willing to travel for work;
Proven experience in setting up new sales points, showrooms, or brand activation booths;
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;
Ability to coordinate teams and drive improvements based on data;
Strong skills in location negotiation, site survey, and budget planning;
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under high pressure;
