Responsibilities
Partnership Management:
• Manage and maintain an up- to- date database of partners, contracts, and partnership activities.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of partnership operations.
• Schedule and prepare materials for partnership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow- up actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing queries, managing expectations, and ensuring strong engagement.
• Nurture and develop excellent relationships with existing partners and expand business alliances by effectively following- up Business Plan.

Business Development Support & Marketing Coordination:
• Facilitate clear communication & coordination between the company and its partners, stakeholders, to support pitching the opportunities, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Enable & arrange & keep track on partners’ technical trainings & certifications to enhance certified resources.
• Coordinate and manage marketing activities, such as co- marketing campaigns, conferences, joint- events, and promotions, ensuring timely execution & partnerships & branding goals are met.
Basic Qualifications
• Proven experience in marketing, business development will be advantageous
• Communicative in both written and verbal; Fluent in English is a must, Japanese- speaking is a plus
• Keen eye for detail, thoroughness and accuracy when assigned with tasks
• Organized, Self Starter, Open- minded and able to handle problems
• Good appearances & great sense on customer services are advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Languages or a related field
• Good reporting and data visualization skills (Excel & PowerPoint) is a plus

• Other allowances: lunch allowance, working on- site allowance, etc.
• Annual Summer Vacation: follows company’s policy and starts from May every year

• Salary review: 1 time per year
