Marketing Project Management Supervisor (Dau Giay, Dong Nai)

This role oversees end- to- end new product development, coordinating closely with Asia engineering teams, Vietnam/PRC manufacturing sites, outsource suppliers, and OEM customers from concept through mass production. It supports commercial activities by managing orders, consolidating forecasts, preparing cost overviews and providing analysis for new business opportunities. The position also drives project execution by creating project plans, monitoring production and supply status, handling customer complaints with QA and ensuring timely delivery of samples and reports. Strong collaboration is required with internal cross- functional teams as well as external OEM customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and successful product launches.

Arrange samples to customers and Asia teams
Work with QA team to handle customer complaints
Monitor order and production status and resolve supply issues for ongoing production and new product launches
Collaborate with VN/PRC plants, outsource suppliers, engineering teams to plan, implement and manage new product development program from intial stage to mass production
Consolidate monthly FCST, create project documents, work out cost overviews and quotations

Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Positive mindset, hands- on mentality, able to work independently, meet deadlines and perform under pressure, experience in home appliance, specifically in kitchen appliances is a big plus
3 years relevant experience in marketing/program management in manufacturing industry; product development and project management
Proficiency in English (spoken and written), working knowledge of Mandarin is a big plus; MS Office, ERP system experience
