We are launching a high- potential Print- On- Demand (POD) project specializing in children’s books for the US Market, covering age groups from 0 to 12. We are looking for a visionary and execution- driven Marketing Manager to lead our market entry, establish a premium brand presence, and drive scaling phases in the world’s most competitive landscape.
Brand Strategy & Identity Development
Trust & Safety: Position the brand as a safe, high- quality choice for families, ensuring all marketing communications reflect reliability and care.
Brand Narrative: Define and own the brand’s "soul," including its mission, emotional positioning, and unique voice to stand out in the US children&039;s book market.
Cultural Positioning: Ensure the brand feels "Native US," meticulously crafting an identity that resonates with American parenting values, aesthetics, and trust standards.
Creative Oversight: Maintain visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints (website, social media, product packaging) to build long- term brand equity.
Strategic Planning & GTM Execution
Roadmap Development: Work closely with the Project Business Manager to build a comprehensive Go- To- Market (GTM) strategy with success metrics for the first 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months.
Pricing Strategy: Develop and optimize pricing models that reflect the brand&039;s premium value while maintaining market competitiveness.
Channel Strategy: Identify and define high- potential market entry points and sales channels through data- driven research.
Market Research & Consumer Insights Consumer Intelligence: Lead market research initiatives focused on US consumer behavior, parenting trends, and competitor content gaps.
Demand Validation: Continuously test and refine brand messaging and value propositions to ensure high resonance and conversion rates.
Sales Management & Growth
Optimization: Propose scaling strategies or tactical pivots based on performance data gathered during the testing phase.
Influencer Ecosystem: Lead the end- to- end KOL/KOC strategy, from sourcing US- based creators to establishing high- efficiency workflow processes.
Performance Monitoring: Manage and monitor all sales metrics across Organic and Paid Ads channels during the launching and scaling phases.
Content Leadership & Team Management
Content Quality: Oversee the production of UGC (User Generated Content) and copywriting, ensuring every piece of content is tailored to US cultural nuances.
Creative Direction: Manage and mentor a creative team of at least 4 members to produce high- quality, on- brand sales content (Pre- launch, Teasers, Warm- up campaigns).

Language: Professional English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or above) with a sharp eye for US- style storytelling and copywriting
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager in B2C projects with a heavy focus on Sales Conversion and Brand Building.
Brand Architect Mindset: Ability to build a brand from zero, moving beyond "running ads" to creating a lasting brand experience.
Niche Expertise: Proven track record in the Mom & Baby, Parenting, or Education sectors. Other sectors and/or niches are also welcomed.
Plus Nice- to- have Skills
Holistic Marketing: Capability to manage the synergy between performance marketing (Paid) and brand growth (Organic).\
Strategic Analysis: Strong skills in interpreting market trends and sales data into actionable brand pivots
Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a creative team size of 4+ people.
Direct experience sourcing and managing KOLs/KOCs based in the United States.
Familiarity with US Compliance regulations for children&039;s marketing (e.g., COPPA).
Native- level grasp of US culture, slang, and parenting trends.
Prior experience in the Print- On- Demand (POD) industry or Shopify ecosystem
