Report marketing effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations to management
Define and oversee overall marketing strategy (digital + offline), ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage social media and advertising agencies for content creation, design, and campaign execution (FB, TikTok, etc.).
Manage, evaluate, and benchmark marketing agency performance. Ensure KPIs and deliverables are met.
Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows (executed by agencies/vendors).
Supervise paid media campaigns, evaluate reports, and provide strategic direction for optimization.
Main responsibilities
· Ensure all outsourced marketing activities (content writing, creative design, advertising, events) align with brand positioning and business objectives.
· Provide strategic input, manage agency performance, and translate marketing insights into business growth.
· Act as the key in- house marketing coordinator who oversees strategy, planning, and execution through external marketing agencies and vendors.

· Coordinate with agencies to deliver consistent campaigns across digital and offline channels.
· Develop and refine marketing strategies that balance online engagement (social media, digital ads) and offline presence (events, roadshows, seminars).
· Monitor agency outputs to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
· Establish strong collaboration frameworks with agencies and vendors to scale campaigns efficiently.
Yêu cầu công việc
· Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, paid ads,content strategy) and offline marketing (events, activations).
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Analytical and detail- oriented, with a problem- solving mindset.
· 4–6 years of marketing experience in digital platform
· Proficiency in campaign analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
· Knowledgeable across multiple marketing disciplines (content, design, media buying, event planning), but not required to execute all directly.
· Strong strategic thinking with ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Prior experience working with external agencies is required.
· Good command of English (written and spoken).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
