Marketing Specialist

Marketing
· Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
· Coordinate with other departments to propose, monitor, and analyze marketing promotions. Register promotions and update to related departments after registration.
· Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
· Develop and manage marketing budgets, regularly monitor expenditure, and prepare summary reports.
· Be responsible for the creation and implementation of the dealership’s marketing plan.
· Discover effective marketing and promotional channels.
· Work with Event Coordinators to plan and execute promotional events. Measure & evaluate the success of events after completion.
· Develop new ideas for reaching end- user markets.
· Take care of H.O.G chapter activities.
Advertising & Promotion
· Work with Designer and Videographer to create, review and edit promotional & informational materials.
· Establish and maintain contact with the media.
· Manage the production of marketing materials.
Digital Marketing:
· Collaborate with the in- house team to develop brand content and create content plans for Facebook and the Website.
· Collaborate with Digital team in monitoring social media i.e., Facebook Fan page (daily basis).
Other tasks
· Other duties assigned by Line Manager.
· Handle customers’ complaints to strengthen relationships with customers.

Fluent in English, competent in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A genuine passion for motorcycles, freedom, community and the culture of Harley- Davidson and other motorcycle brands.
Good knowledge of Motorcycles or Automotive.
At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in Marketing execution (motorcycle, automotive, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Extensive PR & event organization experience.
Adaptability & creativity.
Able to build good relationships with others.
Good presentation and flexible working hours arrangement skills.
