Marketing Team Leader (Medical Device Industry - Fluent English) ~ 38 - 45 Mill Vnd [27089 - Tay Ho , Hanoi]

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dental industry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.
- Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales.
- Marketing Planning: Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for the company&039;s equipment and products; develop a promotional plan to drive product awareness and sales.
- Media Channels: Maintain and enhance the company&039;s presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms.
- Event Organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events.
- Support other departments in developing and implementing cross- functional projects in line with marketing objectives.
- Monitor daily activities of team members and report

* Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Fri

- Minimum 3 years of experience in communications & marketing in the medical device industry
- Data- driven marketing thinking with a creative eye
- Age: 34- 40
- Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM
- Willing to travel.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness and make quick decisions.
- English: Upper- Intermediate
- University graduate
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies
- Management: Ability to manage time, tasks and work independently as well as in a team.
- Project management, multitasking and decision- making skills
