ME Engineer (Electronic, project transfer) - Cu Chi (having shuttle bus)

JOB SUMMARY
ME Project Engineer is responsible for leading and executing manufacturing engineering projects to improve production efficiency, product quality, and cost- effectiveness. This role involves working closely with cross- functional teams to support new product development (NPD), process optimization, and the development of robust manufacturing solutions for outdoor equipment and tool
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring cost- effective production
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for outdoor power tools.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues and provide solutions to enhance production reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, especially for durable, weather- resistant products
Work with suppliers and vendors to design high- quality equipment/machines/fixtures
Work closely with NPI, IE, production, quality, and US teams to support New Product- Development (NPD) and ensure a smooth transition from design to manufacturing
Conduct process analysis, time studies, and failure mode analysis (FMEA) to identify and implement improvements
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and best practices
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation techniques to enhance efficiency
Lead and manage manufacturing projects related to outdoor products, from prototype to mass production

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related major
- Fluent communication in English
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in battery or electronic
- Other Abilities:
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting production challenges.
Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to travel to suppliers, factories, or field sites as needed.
