The Media Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive integrated media strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between Digital (Performance/Online) and Offline (OOH, TV, LED, etc.) channels. Another key focus of this position is managing and evaluating Partnerships and Sponsorships to ensure brand investments deliver maximum impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Digital & Performance Management: Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.) to drive awareness, traffic, and high- conversion ROI.
• Sponsorship & Partnership Evaluation: Assess and vet sponsorship proposals (TV shows, events, entertainment programs).
• Integrated Media Strategy: Develop and manage end- to- end media plans that align with brand objectives, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Offline Media Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of traditional media including TVCs, Billboard/OOH, and LED Frames, ensuring optimal reach and frequency.
Define frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness (Media Value, Brand Health, ROI) before, during, and after sponsorship execution.
• Team & Agency Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3 media specialists.
Collaborate with and hold the Media Agency accountable for quality, cost- efficiency (negotiation/buying), and timely delivery.
• Cross- functional Collaboration: Partner closely with others MKT functional team and Sales teams to ensure media plans are synchronized with creative assets and commercial goals.
