Stay updated with social media trends, emerging formats, and platform algorithms to ensure timely and relevant content.
Manage community engagement and support reputation management in coordination with relevant teams.
Proactively propose trend- driven content ideas while maintaining brand standards.
Create, coordinate, and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including captions, visuals, reels, and short- form videos.
Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with hotel campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.
Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics; optimize content strategy accordingly.
Content Creation & Production
Utilize relevant creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, basic motion tools, AI- assisted tools) for content optimization.
Adapt global brand content into localized, market- relevant executions.
Work with designers and agencies to produce high- quality digital assets.
Coordinate and oversee hotel photo and video shootings.
Ensure visual and content consistency in line with brand guidelines.
Hotel Commercial & Operational Alignment
Work closely with hotel operations teams (F&B, Rooms, Spa, FO, etc.) to ensure marketing activities support business needs.
Support execution of marketing activities at the hotel (events, media stays, influencer visits, shootings).
Assist in establishing and communicating clear USPs for each hotel.
Ensure hotel collaterals and materials comply with brand standards.
Planning & Reporting
Participate in strategic hotel marketing planning.
Support monthly commercial review meetings with relevant marketing insights
Monitor competitors, market trends, and sales data to support strategic decisions.
Compile performance reports (KPIs, ROI, digital performance) for management review.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Master’s degree or advanced marketing certification is an advantage.
LANGUAGES
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Experience with content creation and visual editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
Basic understanding of analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
Understanding of branding and luxury hospitality positioning.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to balance brand guidelines with market- driven content.
Knowledge of social media trends and short- form video formats (Reels, TikTok).
WORK EXPERIENCE
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or similar position within large hotels, hospitality groups, or international companies.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWillingness to travel to properties within the cluster as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong coordination and communication skills with cross- functional teams.
