[Melia Vinpearl Central Vietnam] - Graphic Designer (Based in Danang)

Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design materials as requested by the Marketing team.
Schedule projects to meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards.
Amend designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
Test graphics across various media and platforms.
Coordinate with suppliers, photographers, agencies, and internal teams when required.
Conceptualize visuals based on marketing and operational requirements.
Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
Develop basic motion graphics and simple animations for campaigns, digital materials, and presentations.
Create and edit short- form video content for digital platforms (Reels, TikTok, social ads, etc.).
Support video editing and content adaptation for multiple media channels.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field is a plus.
  

• Fluent English is preferred.
  

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Proven graphic design experience.
Creative, innovative mindset.
Basic video editing and motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent tools).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong portfolio of illustrations, layouts, and digital work.
Understanding of short- form video formats and social media visual trends.
Ability to integrate static design with simple animation for digital engagement.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
Experience working with luxury brands or in hospitality is a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to properties within the cluster/system as required for business needs.
